Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (150–200g)
Salt, black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Mixed greens
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber (sliced)
Red onion & avocado (optional)
Lemon or balsamic dressing
Instructions:
Season and sear salmon until golden and cooked.
